Beef Street Tacos With Restaurant-Style Salsa


  • 1 lb. 85% Lean Ground Beef
  • 0.1 oz. Onion Powder
  • 0.1 oz. Ground Cumin
  • 0.1 oz. Chili Powder
  • 8 oz. Redpack Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Flour Tortillas per portion
  • 2 oz. White Onion, minced, per portion
  • 1 oz. Cilantro, chopped, per portion
  • 2 oz. Grilled Corn Kernels per serving
  • 2 oz. Red Gold Salsa per serving


1. Brown the beef in a saucepan and drain the fat. Mix in the onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and Redpack Tomato Sauce. Simmer until the mixture is thick. Hold hot above 140 degrees until service.

2. Toast the tortillas.

3. In each tortilla place 2 oz. cooked ground beef, 1 oz. of corn, and 1 oz. of onion.

4. Drizzle with Red Gold Salsa and garnish with cilantro.
