Chicken Parmesan Strips With Marinara Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 8 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 8 oz Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 4 oz Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 lb. Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Redpack Marinara Sauce

Directions

1. In a shallow bowl combine the flour, cayenne, salt and pepper.

2. In a second bowl whisk the eggs.

3. In a third bowl combine the parmesan, breadcrumbs and parsley.

4. Dredge the chicken strips in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixtures.

5. Fry in the vegetable oil until golden brown and cooked to 165 degrees.

6. Serve with a side of Redpack Marinara Sauce.
