Spicy Ketchup Chicken Wings


  • 3 lbs. Chicken Wings (large)
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Minced Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
  • Sesame Seeds (to taste)
  • 1 1/4 qts. Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup
  • 1 1/3 cup Honey
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcheshire Sauce


To Make the Sauce:

  • Combine minced ginger, minced garlic, vegetable oil, Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup, honey and Worcheshire sauce in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil while whisking periodically.
  • Keep warm

To Make the Wings:

  • In a plastic bag, place all the chicken wings, all-purpose flour, salt, and ground pepper. Seal the top and shake until all the chicken wings are coated in flour.
  • Deep fry the wings for 3-4 minutes on each side or until nice and golden brown. Remove the wings from oil and place them on a plate, lined with a paper towel.
  • Pour our fried chicken wings in the sauce. Mix up until all the chicken wings are coated with the spicy sauce. Remove from heat.
  • Plate wings and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
