Spicy Ketchup Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Chicken Wings (large)
- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Minced Ginger
- 1/4 cup Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
- Sesame Seeds (to taste)
- 1 1/4 qts. Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup
- 1 1/3 cup Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Worcheshire Sauce
Directions
To Make the Sauce:
- Combine minced ginger, minced garlic, vegetable oil, Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup, honey and Worcheshire sauce in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil while whisking periodically.
- Keep warm
To Make the Wings:
- In a plastic bag, place all the chicken wings, all-purpose flour, salt, and ground pepper. Seal the top and shake until all the chicken wings are coated in flour.
- Deep fry the wings for 3-4 minutes on each side or until nice and golden brown. Remove the wings from oil and place them on a plate, lined with a paper towel.
- Pour our fried chicken wings in the sauce. Mix up until all the chicken wings are coated with the spicy sauce. Remove from heat.
- Plate wings and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
